A standard residential driveway typically takes 1-2 hours depending on size and condition. Heavily stained or neglected driveways may take longer. We'll give you an estimated time when we provide your quote.
Not necessarily! For exterior services like driveway, sidewalk, or patio cleaning, you don't need to be home. For window cleaning inside your home, we'd prefer someone be present. We'll coordinate with you to find the best time.
We accept cash, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment is due upon completion of service. We'll provide you with all payment options before we begin.
Weather happens! If we need to reschedule due to rain or unsafe conditions, we'll contact you as soon as possible to set up a new time that works for you. There's no penalty for weather-related rescheduling.

Just move any vehicles away from the areas being cleaned and close any windows if you're having window cleaning done. We'll handle everything else! If there are any special instructions, we'll let you know when confirming your appointment.
